This leading Digital Agency in Newcastle are looking to expand their management team .

Digital experience is useful but not essential (they have the right people and environment to train you but you would need to learn quickly and should already have an understanding of digital and an awareness of the current trends, concepts, processes and issues in our industry).  A proven track record of attracting potential customers is advantageous.  If you have the right mix of skills we’d like to hear from you.


The role offers opportunities for the entrepreneurialist, helping us to take our own product ideas to market, the tactician, helping us to shape and grow our client base, and the operator, helping us to ensure we continue to deliver a first class service for our clients through effective project management.  Your time would typically be segmented as follows: 60% business development, 30% project management, 10% marketing the agency.

Our client base and reputation is growing both inside and outside the North East, so the role will involve some travel for client meetings in London and other areas of the UK.  You should be confident in a client facing role and new business activities such as presenting our work and processes. The role has a healthy balance between travel, client interaction and delivery.

New business is critical in this role and a strategic approach to business development, a keen attention to detail to submit effective tender responses and an art for nurturing potential business opportunities are all fundamental aspects of the role.
